Biography
Tom Conroy is president of Town & Country Appraisal Network, which he founded in 1993. He is a Certified General Real Property Appraiser with over 20 years of appraisal experience. He is FHA certified and covers the entire Twin Cities sixteen county area. He is a qualified expert witness for real estate in Ramsey, Hennepin, Anoka, Washington, Chisago, and Scott counties.
Tom appraises all types of residential properties, including single family home, town homes, vacant land, condominiums, and multi-family dwellings. He specializes in review and employee relocation appraisals.
